Kenwood Mansion
Interior & Restoration
This interior design project included choosing color and fabrics
for this private residence.
Decor decisions
were made working closely with the owners and architect.
A metallic cloud study was rendered on the library ceiling. A
gilded ceiling and rustic mural in the remodeled kitchen
create a cozy and social atmostphere for cooking and entertaining.
The annexed sunroom hosts a bright Tuscan landscape mural, perfect
for a breakfast nook. Through the antiqued French doors, a formal
dining room (or sitting room) was hand stencilled with gilded
crown molding details. An oil painting above the fireplace
was commissioned for the room. Columns surrounding
the hearth have been made to look like real mahogany.
